Every coffee here is a single lot from a single washing station or farm — bought by name, traced to the people who grew and processed it. No blends to hide behind, no anonymity in the bag.

We roast light to medium, in small editions, to let an origin speak in its own accent. The roast serves the coffee — never the other way around — so what's in the cup tastes of where it came from.
